01 - In a food processor, pulse rolled oats until they form a coarse flour.
02 - Add chocolate protein powder, unsweetened cocoa powder, and fine sea salt to the oats in the food processor. Pulse to thoroughly blend.
03 - Add pure maple syrup or honey, natural peanut butter or almond butter, milk of choice, and vanilla extract. Blend until a cohesive, sticky dough develops. If the mixture appears too dry, add additional milk as needed, one teaspoon at a time.
04 - Fold dark chocolate chips into the dough until evenly distributed.
05 - Portion the dough and roll into 12 uniform balls. Arrange them on a parchment-lined tray.
06 - Refrigerate the bites for at least 30 minutes to achieve optimal texture.
